CAPTURING THE EARL:

In 2005, young Shammickites from the Junior School and from Ilfracombe College worked on a project called 'Capturing the Earl' to record the custom in still pictures and on video. The project was a collaboration between North Devon Museum & Libraries service, Combe Martin Museum and the media group Suited & Booted.  Some of the still images are shown below - and there is also video clip as well!
